Kitchen:
There are electric cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and plates, cups, cutlery. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs in the larger room.
Bathroom:
Bath tube with shower, hand -wash basin. Toilet separately, but inside the apartment of course. Hair drier.
Facilities:
Bedding provided free of charge, as well as iron, ironing board, hair drier and hoover. New, comfortable and homogeneous furniture.
Parking:
A 24hr guarded parking garage is available at a cost of 2800 HUF (= circa 12 EURO).
The parking garage is situated in the street next to the apartment.
Noise:
It is absolute quiet. The apartment is situated in a small street of the protected area, away from the noisy traffic of the City and the windows are opened to the quiet and sunny courtyard.
Position:
4th floor, court side.
There is a modern lift in the apartment block as well as a secure front door.
TV & Radio:
A stereo, large screen colour television (with satellite channels and teletext) and a clock radio are also provided.
Age and Conditions of the building:
4-floor, attractive and elegant. Flat last renovated: 2003 June!
Transportation:
Nearest Metro: "Ferenciek tere" - blue line: 100 metres. Nearest Tram: No 2 - 150 metres. (This is the "sightseeing tram", which runs along the bank of the river.)
Nearest Bus: No 7, 78 - 80 metres.
How to get to the centre:
It is located just in the middle of the real City centre and pedestrian area!
Notes:
If you come to Budapest by train, on request, we will meet you at the railway station with a sign with your name on it - a service free of charge.
If you come by plane, we can arrange for a cheap taxi to collect you at Budapest airport and take you to your accommodation in Budapest.
If you come by car, we can wait for you in the apartment you have chosen until you arrive, and we will answer the doorbell.
