Kitchen:
There are gas cooker, coffee maker and fridge. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and plates, cups, cutlery. There is also a dining table with 5 chairs in the bigger room.
Bathroom:
Bath tube with shower, hand -wash basin, toilet in the bathroom.
Facilities: Bedding provided free of charge, as well as iron, ironing board and hoover.
Parking:
There is 24hr parking available nearby SKÁLA department store, which is approx. 150 metres from the apartment.
The price per day is 1000 HUF = circa 4-5 EURO.
Noise:
The apartment's windows open to a quiet park with large, green trees, away from the noisy traffic of the City.
From the window you can see the beautiful panorama of the Gellért Hill with the Liberation Monument.
Position:
5th floor, street side.
There is also a lift in the apartment block as well as a secure front door.
TV & Radio:
A stereo, large screen colour television (with satellite channels and teletext) and a clock radio are also provided.
Age and Conditions of the building:
8-floors, just newly renovated. Flat last renovated: 2000.
New and homogeneous furniture and fully equipped.
Transportation:
It is excellent, one of the best in Budapest. Nearest Tram: No 18, 47 - 100 metres or No 4, 6 (which are operating in the night too): 100 metres. Nearest Bus: No 7, No 86, No 3 - 150 metres.
How to get to the centre:
By bus 7 (red) just the first stop is the "Ferenciek tere" (and having the same name metro station) - the heart of the real City Centre and pedestrian area.
Notes:
If you come to one of our apartments Budapest by train, on request, we will meet you at the railway station with a sign with your name on it - a service free of charge.
If you come by plane, we can arrange for a cheap taxi to collect you at the airport and take you to your accommodation in Budapest.
If you come by car, we can wait for you in the apartment you have chosen until you arrive, and we will answer the doorbell.
